1. Are All  Furniture items covered by warranty?
All products come with a 3-12 month warranty from the date of purchase(except Mattress|). If there is a problem with an item please contact us and we will endeavor to rectify any problem.


2. Who should I contact for a warranty claim?
All warranty claims should be made to us .so that we can review the problem. Once a warranty claim is approved all items should be returned back to us. We will then confirm an appropriate solution in order to rectify the problem.


3. Is the warranty transferable?
No, all warranties are to the original purchaser and all claims should be made via the original purchaser.


4. Is the warranty extended if a warranty claim is made?
The warranty is from the original purchase date.


6. Can I return my items directly back to Awesome Furniture?
Yes we only require the return to be pre approved prior to returning the item.


7. Who is responsible for return shipping and handling?
All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. When a refund is issued shipping and handling charges will be deducted.


8. If I found descriptions of the item details different to the item I have received, what should I do?
